Production Line Operator

The role will include but isn’t limited to the following…

• Working on the production line, ensuring the product is being manufactured to company standard.
• Forward thinking to ensure supplies do not run out causing a stop to production.
• Working as part of a well oiled team.
• Keeping the production area clean, tidy & sterile.
• Loading/unloaded supplies & the finish product.
• General production duties.

The ideal candidate will have but isn’t limited to the following…

• Must have previous production line experience.
• Be forward thinking & able to think three steps ahead of current task.
• Must be good with multi-tasking.
• Must be able to stand/work on their feet for the whole day.
• Must drive & have your own transport due to the remote location of the production site.
• Previous machine operative experience would be advantageous.
• Must be okay working in a strict sterile environment & adhere to the strict rules of the site. (No makeup, no false nails/nail polish, no false eyelashes, no jewellery, no perfume, hair must be tied back/neat & tidy. Must wear hair/beard net, Must adhere to rigorous hand washing & wear lap coat & steel toe capped safety boots.)

Hours, days & pay…

• Rotating shift patterns –
• Monday to Thursday – 5:45 am -13:45pm / 10:00 am – 6:00pm.
• Fridays – 6:00am – 14:00pm
• £13.46 per hour equivalent to £26,250 per annum.
• Option to be on a temp to perm contract or straight perm depending on yours/the clients preference.
