The Role:
The Business Support Manager, will play a crucial role in blending HR with day-to-day operations, and ensuring the office runs smoothly. You’ll be the go-to person, so this is a role for someone who loves making a real impact and thrives in a fast-paced, but relaxed, environment.
Key responsibilities:
- You’ll help create a vibrant and supportive workplace and play an essential role in attracting, recruiting, on boarding, nurturing, and retaining top talent.
- You’ll be responsible for the entire HR life cycle, always looking for ways to improve and evolve our HR practices. This includes keeping the HR policies and procedures up-to-date and ensuring they comply with all relevant regulations.
- You’ll manage the HR system to make sure they are getting the most out of it and that everyone in the team is on board. You’ll also integrate the business core principles into everything you do, ensuring commitment to purpose and values is clear and embraced by all.
- You’ll play a key role in ensuring our supply chain runs smoothly and oversee all supplier-related activities, from keeping track of contracts to monitoring expiry dates and managing renewals. You’ll also ensure that the supply chain complies with Information Security standards and help to make sure the suppliers share the company commitment to sustainability.
- You’ll be in charge of HQ and all office management, ensuring everything runs smoothly. You’ll keep the team on-song and handle the daily activities such as meetings, scheduling, travel arrangements, and events and ensure other key business functions such as finance, operations, service delivery, and customer success have what they need.
