Job Purpose

Responsibilities
- In conjunction with the OM, ensure my client’s Operational and Contractual standards are met against agreed metrics and KPI’s and any customer concerns are dealt with effectively by the supplier.
- To maintain the company platform for daily hire invoicing, checking for invoice accuracy and highlighting any concerns to the OM.
- To process service and MOT bookings via our garage network portal, liaising with suppliers where necessary.
- To assist with maintaining supplier contracts.
- To assist with collating relevant management reporting, including relevant client KPI reports and client review data.
- Assist the wider operations team in admin tasks.
- To collate any rebate payments from suppliers and to ensure that invoices are raised in accordance with agreed timeframes.
- To support our business development team in the preparation of tender bids.
