Driver (D1 License)

Are you a driver looking to get away from multi-drop and London deliveries? This could be perfect for you!

Here at Halmer Recruit we are recruiting for a D1 Minibus driver for our busy client based in Witley, Surrey. No experience is required as full training is provided.

The role will consist of but isn’t limited to the following…

• Driving a Minibus for children or vulnerable adults.
• Helping/assisting the clients into/off of the vehicle at this destinations.
• Driving to all road rules and regulations and ensuring a safe journey for all.

The idea candidate will have the followings…

• A happy/sunny disposition.
• A kind and compassionate nature.
• Be willing for a DBS check to be undertaken.
• Must be willing to drive but also assist passengers if/when needed.
• Must have a Full UK driving licence with D1.

Hours, days & pay…

• Full time & part time hours available. Ranging from 6:45 am to 19:00pm including split shift during school runs however other work may be offered during these times.
• £11.00 – £12.50ph
• Permanent placement with the company.
• Weekends are occasionally offered at an enhanced rate.
