My client business needs are wide-ranging which is why they require an experienced Accident Management Engineer, with experience of working within insurance claims and/or automotive accident repair function.  You will have a positive, proactive and flexible approach with a high level of integrity and empathy.  It goes without saying that you will have previous accident management experience, great admin skills along with second to none IT skills.  Could you bring to the  team:-

The role with entail:

• Dealing with client telephone calls and emails
• Ensuring all accident circumstances are accurately recorded
• Advise the Account Management team with technical and procedural questions
• Processing accident repairs
• Ensuring the repair network are contacting drivers to book their vehicle within the agree timescale
• Processing accident claims according to client procedures
• Progressing each claim regularly
• Processing accident repair invoices for payment
• Liaising with relevant departments to ensure efficient recovery of un-driveable vehicles
