What you will be doing:

As a member of our award winning team, you will work on cases valued up to £25,000 across a wide range of legal matters. Our claims vary from property disputes to clinical negligence, meaning you will have the exciting opportunity to develop a broad knowledge of legal issues and how the legal system works. You will play a key role in fulfilling our mission of delivering access to justice for everyone as you manage each and every claim from cradle to grave. Beyond that, you can expect to enjoy building relationships with our panel law firms and other business partners. You will have the opportunity and funding to pursue your professional qualifications, such as the CII, and explore the wide range of other learning avenues we offer. For example, you might like to become one of our Citizen Developers and build your own claims app! You will have the opportunity to make this role your own, create change within the department and develop your claims experience.
Who we’re looking for: Previous Legal expenses experience is not necessary, although the ideal candidate will have some experience in financial services or may have trained in Law. We’re looking for somebody who is organised, and flexible in their approach to work to balance their normal workload with ad-hoc requests. Good interpersonal skills in order to build relationships across the business, and a good attention to detail are also preferable. You must be comfortable working with a variety of IT systems, in particular office 365 applications.
