Machine Operator

My manufacturing client based in Farnham are seeking a Machine Operator to join them on a Temp to Perm basis.

Role description:

• Set and operate hot and cold machines
• Responsible for monitoring the quality of parts
• Informing supervisor promptly if defects are found
• Setting and operating hydraulic press tools to clip parts and remove excess material
• Ensuring correct PPE is used at all times
• Melting aluminium and zinc in holding furnaces
• Undertake training in other areas as required
• Work in a team of four
• Installing heavy tools in and out of the machine using hoists

Requirements

· Experience with working on Machines or in a factory environment

· Ability to work in a team

· Willing to be flexible with job role

Hours

Monday to Thursday 8am to 4.30pm

Fridays 8am to 3.30pm

Pay

£13.36ph + Holiday pay = £14.98ph
