Trainee production Assistant Late shift

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a leading specialist company within their field. My client based in Woking are seeking a Trainee production assistant/operative to join them on a temp to perm basis

The Role

• Follow instruction manual on how to successfully and carefully Mask round the product
• Carefully cutting round product ensuring not to damage the material
• Using hand tools and Microscope that is supplied, to perform duties to precision
• Quality checking work & ensuring they are produced to the highest standard.
• Ensuring the working area is clean & tidy.
• Preparing surfaces & work station to the highest standard.
• Inspecting , packaging & shipping items when required.
• Any other production duties.
• Full training provided

Requirements

• Must have excellent English
• Require a steady hand
• Great attention to detail
• Excellent dexterity
• Good eyesight to perform intricate tasks

Hours, Days & Pay

• Monday to Friday
• 2:30pm – 8:30pm (Will need to attend training for a couple weeks on the early shift of 8am-4pm)
• 30 hours per week
• £15.06 + Holiday pay = £16.88
• Salary of £23,493 PA once perm. (Inclusive of shift allowance)

This will suit anyone who is used to small intricate work such as sewing or arts and crafts, being able to work with small fiddley items whilst still having a great eye for details will help you excel at this role.
