The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Stores Operative based in Aldershot. This is a full-time day shift opportunity working Monday to Friday within a busy manufacturing environment.

The pay rate for this role is £12.71 per hour plus holiday pay, giving a total pay rate of £14.24 per hour.

This is a varied and hands-on role combining traditional warehouse stores duties with production support work. The successful candidate will assist with goods in, goods out, stock allocation and warehouse operations, whilst also supporting the production team by preparing and cutting rubber materials using specialist machinery.

This role would suit someone with previous stores or warehouse experience who enjoys a varied working day and is looking for a long-term opportunity with potential for permanent employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with goods in and goods out processes
• Allocating and managing stock within the warehouse
• Picking and preparing materials for production
• Maintaining accurate stock records
• Supporting inventory control and stock movements
• Loading and unloading deliveries where required
• Preparing rubber materials for production
• Measuring and cutting rubber to specification
• Operating a mill machine safely and efficiently
• Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
• Following Health & Safety procedures at all times
• Supporting the wider warehouse and production teams

Requirements

• Previous warehouse or stores experience preferred
