Are you a detail-oriented Warehouse Stock Controller looking for a stable, full-time opportunity in Woking?

We are seeking a highly organised and accurate individual to join a busy warehouse team. This is a key role responsible for maintaining precise inventory levels and ensuring smooth day-to-day warehouse operations.

Due to handling products with very similar part numbers, this position requires exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering long-term career stability and progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate stock records using warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and audits
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies
• Pick, check, and allocate stock with a high level of accuracy
• Ensure all goods received and dispatched are recorded correctly
• Organise stock locations for efficiency and accessibility
• Collaborate with warehouse and customer service teams to meet order deadlines
• Follow all health and safety procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse, stock control, or inventory role preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail (essential due to similar part numbers)
• Good IT skills, including experience with stock systems or Excel
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Salary, Location & Working Pattern

• Location: Woking
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm
• Employment Type: Full-time, Temp to Perm
• Pay: £12.71 per hour + holiday pay (£14.24 per hour total)
• Permanent Salary: £27,000 per year
