Job Purpose
This role can be London based/hybrid or homeworking
Salary negotiable based on level of experience
Working with a high touch client base
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Able to build and retain rapport with clients quickly and confidently
- Provide a dedicated service to specific clients
- A desire to exceed the client expectation at all times
- Demonstrate innovative thinking and provide a proactive approach
- Comply with the client policies and guidelines at all times
- Meet all deadlines as required, internally or client driven
- Quality Control across all aspects of our procedures and processes
- Adopt a learning attitude and attend relevant training / coaching as required
- Achieve individual and team objectives through the annual appraisal
- To be proficient in all Reed & Mackay technology and to be confident in flagging online opportunity via the correct R&M channels
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
- Extensive business travel experience
- All-encompassing knowledge of the Evolvi booking system
- A working knowledge of Trainline but not essential
- Excellent knowledge of rail fares and the UK Rail Network
- Knowledge of UK Rail refunds and exchanges
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisation skills
- Self-motivated and disciplined
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Customer service orientated
- The ability to work under pressure and take responsibility for decision making
- Ability to make effective use of resources available to complete tasks to agreed deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Agile and flexible approach
