Our client in Aldershot is looking for a Trainee Production Operative to join their busy transfer print department. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys arts, crafts, or design, and takes pride in creating high-quality printed products.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and manage daily print jobs from the Production Manager
- Operate and set up print machines (full training provided)
- Print transfers on a range of promotional and novelty goods — including bags, lanyards, and mouse mats
- Perform quality checks on materials and finished items
- Monitor and maintain stock levels
- Pack and label finished products ready for dispatch
What We’re Looking For
- Basic computer skills
- Experience with machinery or production equipment (preferred but not essential)
- Genuine interest in print, design, or manufacturing
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work on your feet throughout the day

Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 8:15 am – 5:00 pm (45-minute unpaid break)
Pay & Benefits
Hourly Rate: £12.77 + holiday pay = £14.31 per hour
Pay Frequency: Weekly, one week in hand (paid every Friday)
