Trainee Production Assistant

We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Production Assistant / Operative based in Woking. This is a Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours per week position with a pay rate of £12.71 per hour + holiday pay (£14.24ph total). This role is offered on a temp-to-perm basis, with full training provided and an opportunity to develop long-term within a specialist company.

Key Responsibilities

• Following instruction manuals to carefully mask around products

• Cutting around products with precision, ensuring no damage to materials

• Using hand tools and microscopes to carry out detailed tasks

• Quality checking finished work to ensure the highest standards

• Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment

• Preparing surfaces and workstations to a high standard

• Inspecting, packaging and shipping items when required

• Supporting general production activities

• Full training provided

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills

• A steady hand and strong dexterity

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Good eyesight for intricate tasks

• Ability to work with small, delicate items (e.g., sewing, arts & crafts experience is beneficial)
