Job Purpose
The Opportunity
Are you a highly organised Project Administrator who enjoys being the person a busy team can rely on?
We are recruiting for a Project Administrator to join a successful, employee-owned business based in Woking, Surrey.
This is a varied, behind-the-scenes administration role where you’ll become an important part of a close-knit team, providing day-to-day support and helping to keep projects, schedules, documentation and administration running smoothly.
This is primarily an administrative position rather than a telephone-heavy or customer service role. You’ll work closely with the contracts team, coordinating information, maintaining accurate records, supporting project schedules and making sure important tasks don’t slip through the cracks.
We’re looking for someone who is organised, dependable and proactive, with excellent attention to detail and the confidence to take ownership of their workload.
You’ll be joining an employee-owned business where teamwork is genuinely important, so this would suit someone who enjoys getting stuck in, supporting colleagues and becoming a trusted member of the wider team.
The role offers a salary of up to £30,000 depending on experience, free onsite parking and hybrid working with two days per week from home.
