The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative based in Woking. This is an ongoing temporary opportunity with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

The pay rate for this role is £12.71 per hour plus holiday pay, giving a total pay rate of £14.24 per hour.

This is a calm and friendly production environment, ideal for someone who enjoys repetitive, hands-on work and takes pride in accuracy and attention to detail. The role would particularly suit candidates with previous production or assembly experience who are looking for a role that is not physically demanding or fully standing-based all day.

There is flexibility with working hours, offering either 7:00am – 3:00pm or 8:00am – 4:00pm shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Joining small components together by hand
• Operating a press machine using a hand lever
• Ensuring products are correctly assembled and merged
• Carrying out quality checks on completed products
• Following production instructions carefully
• Maintaining accuracy and consistency throughout production
• Working efficiently within a calm production environment
• Supporting the wider production team when required

Requirements

• Previous production or assembly experience preferred
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to carry out repetitive tasks accurately
