The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a Print Operative based in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. This is a full-time temp to perm opportunity working within a busy and highly organised production environment.

The pay rate whilst temporary is £12.71 per hour plus holiday pay, giving a total pay rate of £14.24 per hour. Permanent salary will be discussed upon successful completion of the temporary period.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with production, warehouse, packing line or print finishing experience who enjoys hands-on work and has exceptional attention to detail. Working as part of a supportive team, you will be involved in the final stages of the print production process, preparing high-quality materials for clients within the pharmaceutical and commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Collating clinical documents and printed materials
• Assembling multi-component document packages accurately
• Carrying out manual finishing tasks including folding, inserting, stapling, binding and packing
• Working from detailed job instructions and distribution spreadsheets
• Checking printed materials for accuracy and quality
• Performing detailed quality assurance checks throughout the finishing process
• Recording quantities produced and preparing orders for dispatch
• Labelling and packaging orders according to client specifications
• Supporting shipment preparation and distribution processes
• Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient workspace
• Working collaboratively with production and operations teams

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 2:00pm – 10:00pm
• 30-minute lunch break
• 37.5 hours per week
