Job Purpose
This is an exciting opportunity for a well-organised PA / Administrator to join a highly dynamic and market leading supplier in the Architectural and Design industry.
Responsibilities
Writing emails as and/or on behalf of the directors
Arranging appointments with clients and staff alongside general diary management.
Updating project and customer information on the in-house CRM system
General administration duties – sample requests, pricing and availability, factory registrations, incoming telephone enquiries, and filing where appropriate
Making travel arrangements, booking transport, and completing expense claims
Compiling tracking documents and monthly board reports
Direct contact management with overseas factories to ensure material is available and projects are protected
Resolving enquiries in good time by either dealing with them yourself or forwarding on to the correct department and making sure that they are followed up on
Coordinating product training and company meetings

Personal Specification
Working alongside two Directors you will provide high level administrative support to ensure that they are able to work efficiently and remain proactive.
The role will include:
coordinating new enquiries and opportunities whilst also maintaining ongoing correspondence with key clients.
following up project specifications with designers, contractors, and sub-contractors, tracking these projects through to order placement.
Day-to-day responsibilities will focus on customer relations, accurately logging information on the in-house contact management system, liaising with manufacturers, and often acting as a first point of contact.
