We’re seeking a reliable and motivated Moulding Operative to join a thriving manufacturing and production team in Aldershot, Hampshire.

This hands-on, full-time night shift position involves operating rubber moulding presses and related machinery to produce high-quality components that meet precise specifications.

It’s an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys practical work, values precision and quality, and is seeking long-term career development in manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate moulding and press machines to meet daily production standards
• Monitor product quality and complete all required production paperwork accurately
• Report machinery faults, inefficiencies, or quality issues promptly
• Maintain machinery to ensure a clean, safe, and fully operational condition
• Follow all Health & Safety, Quality, and ISO 9001:2015 procedures
• Keep the work area tidy, organised, and ready for audits
• Support other departments as required for production flexibility
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives

Skills & Experience

Preferred:

• Previous experience as a Machine Operator, Production Operative, Press Operator, or Factory Worker
• Basic understanding of Health & Safety and quality control processes

Essential:

• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Willing to learn and take on new challenges
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
• Physically fit – capable of standing for long periods and performing manual handling tasks

What’s on Offer

• Pay: £15.56 + holiday pay = £17.44 per hour
• Hours: 7:00 pm – 7:00 am, Monday to Friday
  (Includes 1-hour unpaid break and 2 × 10-minute paid breaks)
• Pay Reviews: Increases after 12 weeks and again after 6 months
