Mobile Maintenance Gardener – South West London and Surrey (Full Time, High End Gardens)

We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Maintenance Gardener working across various sites in South West London and Surrey. This is a full time permanent role working Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 16:30 with a salary of up to £35,000 per year depending on experience. A company van is provided for travel between sites and you will typically maintain one or two high end gardens per day. The start date is ASAP.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on prestigious gardens and outdoor spaces while delivering exceptional standards of horticultural care.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out all aspects of horticulture including general and specialist garden care
• Complete lawn maintenance and treatment
• Carry out seasonal planting, ground clearance and ongoing upkeep
• Prune, trim and tend to beds, borders and containers
• Maintain and clean water features and irrigation systems
• Sweep, clean and maintain outdoor furniture and hard surfaces
• Operate and maintain horticultural machinery safely
• Apply pesticides and herbicides with accurate record keeping

Requirements

• Full clean UK driving licence
• Willingness to travel to multiple sites each day
• High levels of energy, motivation and reliability

Skills and Qualities

• Recognised horticultural qualification is desirable
• Proven experience in high end garden maintenance
• Strong plant and lawn knowledge
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
• Professional, proactive and enthusiastic approach
