Tractor Driver Weybridge Immediate Start Grounds Maintenance Operative £14.25

The Opportunity
We are recruiting a Grounds Maintenance Operative with tractor driving experience for a role in Weybridge. This position starts on 15 May and runs for 2 weeks. There is potential for extension if more work becomes available.

You will work across parks and public open spaces. The role combines tractor driving with hands on grounds maintenance tasks. You will help keep outdoor areas clean, safe and well presented.

This role suits someone who enjoys outdoor work and can start immediately.

Key Responsibilities
• Operate tractors with grass cutting attachments
• Cut grass and maintain verges and open spaces
• Carry out general grounds maintenance duties
• Assist with hedge trimming and shrub care
• Carry out litter picking across sites
• Use ride on mowers and handheld tools
• Complete daily vehicle and machinery checks
• Work safely in public areas
• Support the wider team when needed

Requirements
• Previous tractor driving experience is essential
• Full UK driving licence
• Experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping
• Experience using small plant and machinery
• Available from 15 May
• Able to commit to a 2 week role
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
