Pay Rate: £14.00 – £16.00 per hour

We are recruiting for FLT Drivers in Slough to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse and logistics operation. This opportunity offers a clear route to a permanent position with increased salary, bonus potential, and overtime opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Counterbalance and/or Reach Forklift Trucks safely and efficiently
• Load and unload goods from vehicles
• Transport stock across the warehouse
• Handle and move palletised goods
• Support general warehouse duties
• Carry out manual handling and heavy lifting
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment

Requirements

• Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance and/or Reach)
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding role
• Willingness to work rotating day and night shifts
• Reliable with a strong work ethic

Pay & Benefits

• £14.00 – £16.00 per hour during temporary period
• Permanent salary of £30,600 + bonus once taken on
• Overtime available after permanent placement
• Time and a half (x1.5)
• Double time for additional hours
• Excellent earning potential with overtime
