Pay Rate: £14.00 – £16.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-time, Temp to Perm

Are you an experienced Forklift Truck (FLT) Driver with a valid Counterbalance or Reach licence? Looking for a role that offers long-term stability, strong earning potential, and career progression?

We are currently recruiting for FLT Drivers in Slough to join a busy, fast-paced warehouse and logistics operation. This role offers a clear pathway to a permanent position with increased salary and bonus opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate Counterbalance and/or Reach Forklift Trucks
• Load and unload goods from vehicles efficiently
• Move stock throughout the warehouse environment
• Handle and transport palletised goods
• Support general warehouse operations as required
• Carry out manual handling, including heavy lifting
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment

Requirements

• Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance and/or Reach)
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Comfortable with manual handling and physically demanding work
• Willingness to work rotating day and night shifts
• Strong reliability, punctuality, and work ethic

Pay & Benefits

• £14.00 – £16.00 per hour (temporary period)
• Permanent salary of £30,600 + bonus once taken on
• Overtime available after permanent placement
• Time and a half (x1.5)
• Double time for additional hours
