The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Counterbalance / Goods In Operative to join a busy warehouse team based in Feltham. This is a fantastic temp to perm opportunity offering an excellent hourly rate, outstanding permanent benefits and long-term career stability.

The pay rate whilst temporary is £15.00 per hour plus holiday pay, giving a total pay rate of £16.81 per hour.

Upon successful completion of the temporary period, you’ll move onto a permanent salary of £34,000 per annum, together with an annual performance bonus of up to £2,100 and an excellent benefits package.

This role would suit an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver who enjoys working within a fast-paced warehouse environment and has previous Goods In or warehouse experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
• Receiving deliveries into the warehouse
• Checking incoming goods against delivery paperwork
• Booking stock accurately into the warehouse management system
• Allocating stock to the correct warehouse locations
• Carrying out stock takes and inventory checks
• Labelling products accurately
• Maintaining accurate stock records
• Supporting general warehouse operations
• Following Health & Safety procedures at all times
• Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment

Requirements

• Previous Counterbalance FLT experience is essential
• Valid Counterbalance FLT Licence preferred
• Previous Goods In or warehouse experience
• Basic IT skills
• Experience using warehouse systems
• Excellent attention to detail
• Reliable and organised approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Hours

Monday to Friday

8:30am – 4:00pm
