Our client, a leading packaging manufacturer in Aldershot, is seeking reliable Factory Operatives to join their busy packing department.

This is a temporary position with the potential to go permanent for the right person. You’ll receive full training — including forklift operation — and have the opportunity to build a rewarding career in a safe, supportive environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Reading and following instructions to assemble light packaging products
• Labelling and packaging items accurately for dispatch
• Working within a clean-room environment to maintain quality standards
• Assisting in the warehouse using the forklift (training provided)
• Occasionally driving the company van to Reading (once a week)

What We’re Looking For

• Good communication skills and fluent English
• Excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable standing for long periods
• Driving licence preferred (not essential)
• Ability to follow clean-room rules: no rings, nail polish, or heavy makeup; beard protectors provided

Hours & Pay

Monday–Thursday: 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
Friday: 8:30 am – 2:30 pm
Hourly Rate: £13.00 + holiday pay = £14.57/hour total
Contract Type: Temporary (Temp to Perm for the right candidate)
