customer service assistant to join their friendly team. This is a great opportunity

The role consists of but isn't limited to the following…
 Taking inbound calls from customers
 Deal with customer queries/answering any customer questions.
 Dealing with customer orders via phone and email.
 Order processing using Sage to input orders onto the system
 Upsell products where possible
Requirements for the role are as follows…
 Must have excellent customer service skills & be passionate about
customer service.
 Have a high level of understanding both written & spoken English.
 Be able to write & speak to a high level in English.
 Computer Literate
 Possess great administration skills.
 Full training provided.
Hours
 Monday To Friday
 8.30am to 5pm

Pay
 £22k – £25k depending on experience.
