Customer Service Administrator

We’re currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator on behalf of a well-established, family-owned business based in Aldershot. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term career progression within a supportive and growing company.

This is a busy and varied position, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organised, and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 08:30 – 17:30
• Friday: 08:30 – 17:00

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers and deliver high levels of service
• Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails
• Process customer orders from quote through to delivery
• Raise and manage orders using internal systems
• Prepare and check order confirmations
• Progress quotes, approvals, and orders efficiently
• Liaise with internal teams including production and dispatch
• Manage customer queries in a timely and professional manner
• Escalate issues or complaints where necessary

Requirements

• 1–3 years’ experience in customer service or administration
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Confident working with numbers and order processing
• Highly organised with the ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proactive, positive attitude with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Strong team player with a customer-focused approach
• Must be able to commute to Aldershot (within approximately 45 minutes)
