Are you an experienced Account Manager who is used to being accountable for the overall retention, management and service delivery of a portfolio of new and existing contracts? Do you have strong experience of managing, supporting and monitoring a team of account management staff to ensure client service levels are consistently at the highest possible? My client is an independent services company specialising in vehicle management based in Thames Ditton. They are an established and forward thinking company who have this great opportunity reporting into the Operations Director.

Accountabilities:

  • To manage and control the day-to-day service delivery attributable to a portfolio of outsourced clients and contracts
  • To provide support and advise the account management team in delivering the services to the client base
  • To cultivate multiple relationships within client organisations with decision makers and influencers at senior, board level through to the end user level
  • To manage the production and delivery of comprehensive reports and contract performance data and review meetings to the client base
  • To pro-actively advise and communicate with each client on areas of best practices including cost reduction and availability
  • To identify, evaluate and implement opportunities for service delivery improvements into the client base
  • To utilise the support of the wider business departments in optimising high levels of service delivery to the client base To maximise contract revenues and margins within the existing scope of services provided to each client
  • To be responsible for compiling, managing and delivering contract retention and extension bids within the portfolio § To identify, promote and close opportunities for maximising profitability via the provision of additional services and products into the client base
  • To forecast, monitor, evaluate and report on performance and management of each contract within the portfolio and provide regular updates to the Director of Client Management

  • Define and successfully implement the IT strategy.
  • Ensure the IT team delivers to a high standard and consistently achieve SLAs and KPIs, fostering a culture of excellent customer service across the business.
  • Drive resolution of business issues and ensure customer satisfaction, quality, cost efficiency, stability and technical performance for services, products and solutions within the area of responsibility.
  • Supervise, lead and develop people.
  • Support customer facing teams with the delivery of IT documentation required to meet the needs of customers and prospects.
  • Lead a program of continuous improvement and optimisation of service delivery and organisational transformation across the business.
  • Delivery of required management and customer reports to agreed schedules and quality.
  • Supporting the financial targets of the business through effective cost management, process and technology optimisation.
  • Change, transformation and continuous improvement.
